Capital increase

New fully paid-up share capital: CHF 134,015, divided into 116’997 registered shares of CHF 1 and 17,018 registered shares of CHF 1 type A, preferential with respect to liquidation proceeds, all with transfer restrictions as per the Articles of Association.
