New capital increase: CHF 904,536.30, paid up to CHF 854,536.30, divided into 1,000,000 registered shares of CHF 0.10, 290,600 registered shares of CHF 0.10, preferential in terms of liquidation proceeds (A), and 7,754,763 registered shares of CHF 0.10, preferential in terms of liquidation proceeds (A2), all with transfer restrictions as per the articles of association.
