The share capital of Smeetz SA is increased to CHF 227’760.30 divided into 1’951’188 registered common shares of CHF 0.10 nominal value, each fully paid-in and 326’415 preferred registered shares as to liquidation proceeds of CHF 0.10, each fully paid-in.
